Watchmen movie as therapy

comic strip | panel 1 - Bryan took my advice and finally got over his ex-wife.; What was the advice? |comic strip | panel 2 - Sense memory shock therapy! I told him to go see Watchmen.; Watchmen? |comic strip | panel 3 - Uh huh. Her and Bryan's wedding song was "Hallelujah".; Oh my. |comic strip | panel 4 - Yes, the most iconic memory of their marriage-; -replaced by Skinemax-y shots of owl-based cosplay. |

I enjoyed the Watchmens, by the way. Especially after I saw it a second time.

I’m a huge fan of the book, and it was never going to beat the book for me, but I think watching it the second time help me take it in more as a movie rather than thinking, “Holy cats how are they going to do this and that scene and his costume is slightly weird and THERE’S NO SQUID!!!!”

So I liked it.

But I hated that sex scene.

EDIT: Let’s take “Hallelujah” back! The Leonard Cohen version is dead to me now. And the Jeff Buckley version is overplayed, too. But how about this David Bazan version? Leave any other good ones in the comments.
